This course is based on Scientific research completed by Wolfe (2005,2006) and Alladin (2014,2016). The great thing is that it works to remove anxiety by addressing both your conscious and unconscious layer. We all have conscious and unconscious behaviours, think of a time when you may have had anxiety symptoms before you realise that you were begging to feel anxious? This is the unconscious layer of your anxiety kicking in. The education addresses the conscious layer, what you know and what you learn. The four incorporated hypnotherapies address your unconscious layer.
This may be something that happened to you earlier in your life and as a way of preventing you from experiencing that again, your mind thinks it will be helpful to provide you with anxious symptoms to prevent you from going there.
However, what your mind does not realise is that this is no longer required and is not helpful. What may have worked in the past is now outdated and is preventing you from moving forwards, the hypnotherapies will remove these blocks.

This Heart breathing hypnotherapy audio is the first in a set of controlling your anxiety forever, hypnotherapy audios and education regarding taking back control of your mind.
This audio will help you to re-engage your heart and natural instincts to ensure that your head, heart and instincts are working together in harmony to allow you to feel more in control of your life.

This hypnotherapy is called heart breathing and it’s a nice gentle starter for you if you haven’t tried hypnotherapy before. This technique will begin the journey of getting your heart, instinct and brain back in tune with each other plus it will start you off on your listening journey. You have to listen to the subtle messages you receive! How many times has your instinct said do this or do that, but you don’t and then later you think, if only...?

4. Copies of the SUDS (subjective units of distress scale). You are required to complete the Subjective Units of Distress Scale (SUDS) in order to assess your feelings at the start of the course and at the end of each module hypnotherapy.
